Avoiding the Continuous Development of New Moles!
Many people, particularly those with light skin, find that they tend to develop moles very easily - often appearing as freckled skin. While the appearance of freckles isn't particularly bad, the truth is that it is still a good idea to stop your body from developing these new moles as much as possible and doing so really isn't all that complicated at all.
If you didn't know already, most moles develop due to sun exposure. Sun exposure, in all shapes and forms, essentially damages the skin over time and it is also the reason why we become wrinkled as we grow older. Essentially, all that is really happening is that our skin has taken more and more damage from the sun and thus ends up wrinkling. Similarly, exposure to sun also can cause moles to break out - and while the exact process is rather blurry, it remains a well proven fact!
To avoid the continuous development of new moles, what you need to do is limit your exposure to the sun. Bear in mind that your exposure to the sun can come from both direct and indirect sources so it doesn't just mean that you should be careful not to stand in the open under the scorchingly hot noon sun. In fact, during winter the sunlight that reflects off the snow can be just as bad!
Needless to say, one way to avoid too much exposure to the sun is to simply try to avoid those hours of the day when it is the brightest. If you can avoid going out into the direct sunlight near noon - that would be a step in the right direction. If you do have to go out, try to remain in the shade or use an umbrella if the sun is really in fine form on that particular day. Covering up so that less of your skin is exposed to direct sunlight would also be a good idea.
Last, but certainly not least, you should definitely use sunscreen. By protecting your skin against the ultraviolet rays from the sun in this fashion, you should be able to limit the development of new moles. From time to time you may notice a few pop up here and there, but their appearance should be minimal and few and far between.
Frankly, this is really the only way that you can prevent the continuous development of new moles to a degree, and seeing as the steps that you need to take are really relatively easy, you should try to make it a habit to do so!
